Amazon's vast number of HR managers posed a data organization problem. They could not determine if a manager’s contact information was incorrect or out of date. We provided a solution for data collection and organization. Directing managers to order yearly enrollment materials through the Bender portal solved two problems at once. Managers were prompted to provide updated contact and shipping information at checkout. Bender was able to provide both fulfillment of enrollment materials and accurate manager data.

Bender offers rental and fulfillment capabilities through our portal. Curium’s sales force can rent various banners, backdrops, and booths for tradeshow events. Our shipping and fulfillment department pick and pack the equipment with return labels, extra materials for repackaging, and instructions for setting up and breaking down each display. After the event, the sales rep simply repackages the displays and drops them at the nearest UPS or FedEx facility. Upon arrival, we inspect the product for damages, repackage in a new box, and restock for the next rep to rent.
