Our shipping and fulfillment department pick and pack the equipment with return labels, extra materials for repackaging, and instructions for setting up and breaking down each display. After the event, the sales rep simply repackages the displays and drops them at the nearest UPS or FedEx facility. Upon arrival, we inspect the product for damages, repackage in a new box, and restock for the next rep to rent.
